We primarily collect the following types of music:

Classical: We buy vintage classical music on the LP format. Stereo or Mono. Anything pre-1965 will be purchased as long as the LP's are in excellent condition.

Excellent condition can be described as: The records have been very well cared for and the jackets are clean, with no seam splits, writing, bent or damaged corners etc. They were not often played but if they were, they were handled with extreme care. They were obviously always stored in their inner sleeves. They were always stored standing upright, not layed down fllat and were never stored in a damp basement or hot attic. The vinyl surface of an excellent record is shiney and has a minimum of visable defects like scuffs and scratches. We pay top dollar for early STEREO recording on the RCA Shaded Dogs, Mercury Living Presence, London, Capitol and Decca labels.

Jazz: We but all jazz recording pre-1973. The same standards apply for jazz LP's. They must be in excellent condition. There are, however, more exceptions when it comes to jazz LP's. Condition can vary. We pay top dollar for jazz LP's. Jazz artists like Coltrane, Tjader, Getz, Davis, Stitt, Ammons, Burrell, Sinatra, Cole, Hawkins, Krupa, Fitagerald, Holiday, Evans, Ellington, Jones, Baker, Montgomery, Smith, Young and many many others will be considered on any labels. Please note that Kenny G, Barbera Streisand, Michael Bolton etc. will not be considered.

Country: We are big collector of early hillbilly, mountain, bluegrass and country LP's. Any and all pre-1965 country LP's will be considered. Again, record must be in excellent condition with few exceptions.

R & B and Soul: We pay a premium for records in these catagories. Of particular interest are 45's from the Motown, Gordy, Tamla and Phillies labels. Pre-1972 LP's are also of interest to us.

Rock & Roll: Rock and Roll records must be in "like new" condition for us to consider. We collect all types of rock, early and contemporary.

Disco: Of particular interest to us are the 12" singles and LP's from golden age of disco, 1979 through 1986. Generally speaking, DJ records are too worn for us to consider however, there are some exceptions.

We also collect, specialty, promo, picture and and rare and unusual discs.

We do not collect Show Tunes, Broadway Scores or most 60's and 70's big band acts like Mantovanni, Roger Williams, John Denver, Mitch Miller etc.
